I am trying to translate above and I am confused at the grammar. But this is what I got:
Relying only on fate, a quiet storm awakens
Even when night comes, even when morning comes, always
Who's sake will the bell ring for? If I forget to scream
that only, only, I love you we'll be covered in light.

誰がために鐘は鳴る is the official translation for the novel "For whom the bell tolls". You would normally expect to see の instead of が there. Lyrics often use "literary" forms or other grammar that you wouldn't expect to see in speech.

Otherwise: Xを忘れる can only mean "to forget X", not "X forgets" (something). 我を忘れる I think is actually similar to the English "forget oneself". I guess 我を忘れ叫べば would be something along the lines of "if I forget myself (lose control) and cry out..."

The object of 叫ぶ is 我, not 忘れる.
