I'm not fluent, but some parts of it I could read is:

once again, "help me translate" == "do it for me"

Did it occur to you that the reason they posted in Japanese was because they are looking for a Japanese roommate? Or perhaps someone that speaks Japanese.

forgive me for pointing out the obvious. I'm sure whomever put that ad up was doing it in the hopes that someone who didn't understand it would get someone to translate it for them.
