cosplay confusion?

Well, that's just stupid to arrest someone for dressing in Cosplay. Then again it's just plan silly to walk around in public (outside a convention) in full costume.

some guy walks around in all black clothes, prolly with black covering his head/face too..
and not just regular black clothes either.. makeshift clothes apparently made to conceal him in the dark.

If i were the cop, I'd have stopped 'em..

You can, by law, be arrested in this state (South Australia) if your seen out on the streets at night in all black (inc gloves, face covering) as a potential burgular. That alone can do it
