Hello, im new here, and i'm looking for a place to DL the program that lets me see Japanese Characters, as of now i usually see a bunch of boxes and sometimes a bunch of symbols that dont make any sense at all. Anyone help please? :?

Thank you, I looked around in that web site, and the only language pack i could find gave me these options for download: http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/4/f/c4fd43f5-5630-42b8-b2d3-515fe2f74e7e/Readme.htm
Is one of these the one i need to download? I wish i was better at finding things on the internet.

Nope! The link you gave is definitely wrong.

If you use XP, you should be able to use Japanese without downloading something, anyway.
Go to the Control Panel, open Regional & Language Options!
Go to Languages, then click "Add...". Now you should be able to choose what you need. May be that you'll need the XP CD.
