This is a commercial that I've long looked over and tried to translate, but my listening skills aren't superb, so obviously there are missing pieces. If anyone could help me with the transcript and translation of this, that would be wonderful!

娘： 私。。。自分の(？)を欲しいの ("I...want my own ?") [My best guess here is heya, room/place]
父： 自分の(？)？ ("Her own ?")
母： ちょっとはやがなあ！ ("That's a little hasty!")
ナレ： 君だけの部屋をどうぶつの森に(？)! (Something about a place just for you in Animal Forest, and I'm 90% sure that's heya)
ナレ： かごを（？）、おしゃりましたり （The last word is probably wrong, I'm not sure what to make of the missing word)
ナレ： 手紙を書いたり、アルバイトも、さあ、何から始めようかな？ ("Write letters, even get a part time job, well, I wonder what you'll start?")
父： （？）住んでいいかな！ (Not sure what to make of this translation)
ナレ： ニンテンド６４、どうぶつの森！ （"Animal Forest, for Nintendo 64!")
父： （？）、どう？ ("How is my ??")
ナレ： ４人まで (Up to 4 players)

Thank you very much for the translation, it helped immensely. I'm guessing the っと is colloquial?

Also, I've seen a lot of 'ka na' for what appear to be basic questions. I know that Base 5 + ka na can equal an 'I think', and an extended naa can be more of an 'I wonder', 今日買い物に行こうかな (I think I'll go shopping today) 今日買い物に行こうかなあ (I wonder if I should go shopping today).

Is adding 'na' to the end of the average question sentence a way of softening the request, パパも住んでいいかな as opposed to a more abrupt パパも住んでいいか？

It doesn't denote a request. It is indecisive wondering aloud...sort of a leaking of one's internal dialogue.

You can sometimes observe the same phenomenon when in the midst or more formal/polite speech you find here and there some more plain forms mixed in. It is a signal "this is me talking to me and not to you...at least not directly"

The difference of nuance between な and なあ could be changed depending on the context. For instance, 早いかなあ is just the softened 早いかな.
