Tea person all the way. I loath coffee.

Not a fan of fruit teas, or oolong.

Current favourite teas:
Nettle
Dandelion
PG Tips / Ty-phoo
Mint

I sometimes miss regular PG Tips when I've been holidaying in Japan. They just don't seem to have it anywhere! It's all either sweet or green, it seems! :?

We would call it a thermos or a carafe.

I drink both but I much prefer tea. I love coffee, defiantly, especially espressos and cappuccino's but the taste of tea is so good. And also coffee obviously keeps you awake :eek:
But I don't like tea with sugar, to me it tastes horrible then. Like the taste has been 'modernized' or it becomes more of a... i dunno, it just ruins the taste :p
 
My family prefers to drink coffee but for me I prefer to drink cappuccino ؛‎ however I often make the coffee for my family because they like the coffee that I make
we also like to drink tea specially with breakfast
 
Generally I'd say I prefer tea, but it depends.
I love any type of green tea.
I also like herb and fruit tea.
I don't like black tea at all.

Since moving to Japan I stopped drinking coffee completely, but recently I started again.

I love cappuccino and the likes (Starbucks etc.)
 
Well, I love coffee, but I also love tea. Sooooo, I just drink two or three cups of both every morning.
 
I LOVE coffee, but I recently realised I'm overly sensitive to it and my mouth fills with ulcers! Which is NOT nice ): so I'll have to stick to ma tea it seems.
 
I like Sencha, i also like black tea, especially Yorkshire tea
 
I LOVE tea, I always drink black tea with milk & sugar.

Not really a fan of nice quality teas though. They come out too rosyy for my taste which im thankful for because I consume alot of tea in a day. Yay lipton :)
 
I'm difficult decission....coffee in the morning for start the day awake and tea in the afternoon for relax at home (green tea with cherry have a great bouquet!).
 
If starbucks was considered coffee I would say Coffee but since its not then I choose neither lol

If it involves entering a Starbucks then my choice would be to walk across the street and get a sip from somebody's garden hose.
 
@mike what do you consider a good place to get a coffee in Japan?

I quite like Starbucks, especially their cappuccino and just the atmosphere of the shop they have near my workplace.

The nearest vending machine.

I'm just trying to maintain my goal of being the last person on earth never to have entered a Starbucks.
 
Well it's good to maintain your goals ;)

Vending machines..... Lot's of choice and if you find the one you like it might be great but I guess the amount of coffee inside the can isn't enough for me.

Talking about coffee... let's make some instant coffee!
