Cheapest graduate school that offers finance/accounting major taught in English?

Hi there! I am an accounting major and wonder if there are any cheap Japanese graduate schools that teaches accounting, finance or financial economics in English?

Is there a way to compare graduate school tuition of Japanese universities? I think it is really difficult to find a decent list of tuition by colleges of Japanese institutions. For example, Tohoku university, although super famous, only charges around 5000 bucks a year on graduate level tuition. Meanwhile Iwate university charges a lot more.
