Changing region codes

I have a Japanese ps2 game on my pc and I was wondering if there's a program or something that I could change the area code with so I could play it on my region 1 ps2 using swap magic.

I knew I should of bought a mod chip then a swap magic. Well if anyone knows of a program let me know.

Well I heard it was possible with a specific card that disable the zone system
