For the sentence "Please make (my) children study more", why is the translation 子供をもっと勉強させてください。instead of 子供にもっと勉強させてください?

に is correct since 勉強する is a transitive verb. を is used to indicate the object of 勉強する, not the causee.
e.g.
〇子供に英語を勉強させる。
×子供を英語を勉強させる。
