in japanese how do you say:

Hi, you've reached Tommy's cell phone. Please leave your name and phone number after the beep(tone), and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks! Bye!

if you can, you dont have to, give how to pronouce

If you are asking about 'can' as in ability, I am sure many of us 'can'. How about you give your take at the translation so that we can help you with any mistakes. If you are just for the translation, you should use the translation thread instead.

何で十二歳の子に携帯が必要なのか。

I've wondered that too, but it's a new era, you know.

こちらは「トミーの携帯電話」です。
発信音の後に名前、電話番号とメッセージを残してくれればすぐに折返します。
ありがとうございます。

This is more like "If you leave your name, number and a message at the beep I'll get back with you soon." Maybe someone else can do the romaji.
😅
