Help Can someone translate this?

If I remember correctly, among other things he is the god of poorly focused photographs.
 
In addition, the two kanji at the top is 金閣 Kinkaku, and the ones at the end is 守護 guard/protection. (The first two kanji is illegible to me, so I googled it.)
Kinkaku-ji is a Buddhist temple, not Shinto shrine, by the way. ("Ji" means temple.)

It is the bonji (sanskrit glyph) for Fudōmyō-ō.
 
Thank you. So I assume the necklace is an Omamori mean for protection?
