The first character is very calligraphic and hard to make out, but looks like it uses 冂
I'm pretty sure the second character is 夢, dream, but something in the style makes me think it looks more Chinese.

I tried searching for words ending with dream (in Japanese), but didn't see anything that could resemble this compound.

Yes, it's a Chinese word 圆梦 (realize one's dream).
