For those of us not in America or wrapped up in American politics the significance of that photo is entirely lost.

I get that in 2017 EVERYTHING in America has become politicized, but for the rest of the world seeing things like that is like being on the outside of an inside joke. We don't get it. (And we don't need the cesspool of American politics dragged into a discussion on the impracticality of importing an ammonia generator to Japan).

The context of the image has nothing to do with the expression; in fact, it's more effective if you don't know where the image is from. I wasn't making some kind of inside joke with the reaction gif.
