Best Japanese Universities?

masters in Biochemistry or microbiology all the way to a PhD.

If someone could post the requirements to get in to the university or a link it will be great.

I guess I'd look to University of Tokyo, or Osaka U. first... not to say that there aren't others.
 
Any on of the old imperial university's id say (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto tohoku and then i cant remember the rest)
 
You can find biochemistry to University of Tsukuba also. From what I know it's a very good university for science. Good teachers and good labs. It's called Institute of applied biochemistry. I don't know if it is what you need.
 
can u tellme good universities for doing masters of engineering in computer science , i have alrewady completed my engineering in computer science engineering course and i wanrt to go for master in engineering in computer science , area of interest are-AI(artificial intelligence) , natural language processing , distributed computing , neural networks and robotics

thank you very much to both of you for suggesting suitable universities to me , it was really a big help , and now i have really started to gather information on WASEDA and TOKYODAI , also i wanted to ask a question that for TODAI , DO we have to take an entrance exam and interview whether we are MEXT SCHOLAR OR NOT?, actually i am planning to appear in MEXT next year in my country , and can u tell me details about research proposal in AI and the details about TODAI and WASESDA
