I'm curious if anybody knows if the artists of hip-hop in Tokyo are approachable as gettin' to dap 'em and talk music. Some producers have slammin' beats and working with them would be a dream come true.

I got it all in my head, but can't put it into music. I could gurantee they're all good, i just need to know how to write it or put it in pc.
