Is there any such word called "Appukuten"-ツ 窶堋?窶堙≫?堙補?堋ュ窶堙??堙アツ in Japanese language?

圧伏; 圧服, あっぷく, means overpower, subdue, or keep down. I wonder if the てん would refer to a point or place.

I wonder where this came from. Did the OP hear it and write it down to see if it was right? Or did he try to read it from some kanji and is checking on the reading? That and the context it was found in could be helpful to know.

That word is from Malayalam language. I thought that it would also exists in Japanese with some other meaning.

Please give such information from the beginning.

Please check dictionaries first before coming here. If you just ask the question we have no idea whether you've already put some sort of effort into researching it yourself. If you have done some research, also please state that so that we know for sure you did some work on it, and have some idea of how to best answer the question.
