Upgrade Apologies for the downtime

Dear valued Members,

I apologise for the downtime in the late afternoon/early evening (JST). We upgraded some server software, and the control panel script went haywire.

It took me a while to debug; fortunately, the server gurus I consulted did their magic.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
