Just some little corrections...."Koukou ninensei desu. Maine ni sunde imasu. Ichinenkan nihongo wo benkyou shite imasu (or Nihongo wa ichinenkan benkyou shite imasu). Minnasan wa doko ni sunde imasuka?"

thank you elizabeth for pointing out my errors now hopefuly i dont make them again but what does "sunde" meen i cant find it in my dictionary

Dou itashimashite.
And sunde imasu is the present progressive form (ing) of "sumu" (住む)meaning to live or reside. So it is asking "Where is everyone living?" or more naturally "Where does everyone live?" "Minnasan wa Doko ni imasuka" can also be understood, but it is more like you are literally looking for everyone (where are you?) or wondering why no one is coming to these boards .

So if I want to ask Seppuku-san "Where in Maine do you live?" it can be either "Maine de doko ni sunde imasuka?" or "Maine no doko ni sunde imasuka?"

Tokoro de (By the way), watashi wa Indiana ni sunde imasu. Demo Maine no hou ga Indiana yori kireina tokoro deshyoune. (But Maine is probably prettier than Indiana, don't you think?).

osu!!! Nihon wa totemo mono o shimasu. well, i hope that is understandable.

Did you want to say you won't be able to return to Japan until you finish school? Maybe something like "Zennennagara (unfortunately), Ore wa gakkou ga owaru made Nihon e modoru koto ga dekimasen" or "Nihon e modoritain desuga gakkou ga owaru made dekimasen." would be better.

(There are a lot of stories about Saudia Arabia in the American media). SaudiArabiajin mo Amerikajin no koto wo yoku shitte imasuka? (Do Saudi Arabians know a lot about Americans?)

sore wa sou desu, demo boku wa amerikajin no koto wa amari shitte imasen.Elizabeth-san wa nani o shitte imasu ka
((==how to say: (what do you know about something)in japanese?==))

You can say "Elizabeth-san wa, Saudi Arabiajin (or whatever) no koto wo nani wo shitte imasuka?" or "Elizabeth-san wa, Saudi Arabiajin (or whatever) ni tsuite nani wo shitte imasuka?"

Also, it is most often "Shiranai" (as opposed to shitte imasen) when you don't know something. And "koto wo" is better than "koto wa."

Dou itashimashite. One more thing, though.....In casual conversation
you can just use "watashi/boku no shitsumon ni kotaete kurete arigatou."
(thank you for answering my question)

You were saying "please answer my question" .

yes i know i mean please answer this question:-Elizabeth-san wa nani o shitte imasu ka

Ima wa MtoMsan no shitsumon ni kotaeru no ni jikan ga nai desuga, dekiru dake hayaku shimasu. (I don't have time to answer your question now, but will do it as soon as possible). .

(Because this way of speaking is not very polite in Japanese, I was just a little surprised). (Instead of saying "please answer my question,"Ithink you should use a sentence like "Please allow me to listen to Elizabeth's opinion about Saudi Arabia"].

Osaka wa tanoshikute omoshirokatta desu. takusan koto o naraimashita. maishuu clubu li ikimashita. taitei yappari desu. Osaki ni kaeritai desu.

僕の問いを答えてitadakimasen ka, is it polite?

one more thing
I'm beginner in japanese pardon me
I didn't understand a lot from your last reply

No problem, just for your future reference. And besides, the mojibake (broken characters) makes it very difficult. . Ji ga heta dakara wakarinikui deshoune.

Dono kuni ni mo dokuji no hyougen ga arimasune. (Every country has its own original expressions, isn't that right?). Dakara kotoba wo manabu no wa omoishiroi. Demo chokuyaku de wa (literal translations) imi wo nasanai koto ga arimasu. (But sometimes literal translations don't make sense). .

Ongaku wa rekoudo deshitaka? (Was the music recorded?). Sore tomo nama no ongaku ga arimashitaka? (Or did they have live music?) Watashi ni wa hotondo no nihon no club wa chotto takaisugiru kamoshiremasen. (Most Japanese clubs may be too expensive for me.) Gaikokujin no tame ni waribiki ga aru club wa doko deshouka? (Although I'm not very knowledgeable about Saudi Arabian life, customs, history ,etc, I will do my best . Mazu, mukashi mukashi wa Bedouin to iu shuzoku (Bedouin tribe) ga Saudi Arabia no sabaku ni sunde imashita. Sono hitobita wa yuuboku teki deshita (Those people were nomadic.) (They went riding on their camels all over the desert.) Demo gendai wa Saudi Arabia wa totemo kougyou koku desune. (But nowadays, Saudia Arabia is a very industrial country.)

Ippantekini, Amerikajin wa Saudi Arabiajin ga yuufukuna kokumin da to omoimasu. (Generally speaking, Americans think Saudi Arabians are a wealthy people.) Soshite Amerikajin ni totte mo taihen shuukyoubukai kokumin da sou desu. (And also from the perspective of Americans they seem like a very religious people.)

Demo saikin wa Saudi Arabia no keizai joutai wa amari yokunai to kikimashita. (But recently I heard Saudi Arabia's economic situation is not so good.) Mada sekiyu ga takusan arimasukedo tero nado no osore ga aru node gaikoku no kankoukaykusan no suu ga sukunatte kita deshou. (Although they still have lots of oil, because of terroristic threats etc, the number of foreign tourists has started to decrease.) Sore to shitsugyou ga ookina mondai ni natte imasu. (And unemployment has now become a big problem).

Tadashi MtoMsan wa shigoto ga atte ureshii desu. (But I'm happy that MtoM-san has a job). Soshite kondo wa Amerikajin no koto wo shitte iru nani ka oshiete kudasaine. And next time, please tell me something you know about Americans....

Bokuwa.. i mean... Watashi wa Jemi desu. Sakana ga suki desu ka!. itikudasai!.. (i think that means,"ilike pizza")
