OOPS, "geek" in this sense means computer geek. sorry all.
I actually played this game in the early 80s with my upstairs neighbor
when i was like 7 or something. So I was surprised when I came across
it again recently. I thought for sure it was one of the blips of old toys
that would never arise again like so many reaaaally old toys.
Anti-Monopoly Inc. - Home
Apparently the original Monopoly was invented by some Quakers as
a way to demonstrate why monopolies suck, and not a game glorifying
greed. But then some guy patented it and eventually sold it to Parker Bros,
WHO
apparently also spent 10 years in a lawsuit with the current publisher
of Antimonoply. What jerks.
Did it really take the judges 10 years to see the irony in PB's lawsuit?
