Hi I am investigating this company and I would like for you to Publicly post any information that would assist us and you in this case.
Were you able to receive your vehicle?
Were you waiting a long time for the Shipping Information? These things tend to happen as Auto Dealers does not control the shipment , it's not in their hands.
Please comply so you can help others.

Subject: IMMEDIATE REFUND OF $4,600 TO CECILY RIPLEY
Dear Afridi Trading Management,
I am writing to formally demand the immediate refund of $4,600 USD paid to your company on 22 April 2025 via wire transfer for the purchase and shipment of a 2012 Suzuki Swift.
Below is a summary of the events leading to this demand:
1. I initially contacted your company on 21 April 2025 to purchase a vehicle for delivery to Anguilla by 27 June 2025, as discussed with your sales agent, Maooz Khan.
2. I made it explicitly clear that the vehicle must be shipped directly to Anguilla, not Sint Maarten. Maooz assured me this was possible with a 5 May container shipment and urged swift payment.
3. Upon his assurance, I wired $4,600 on 22 April 2025 for a black 2012 Suzuki Swift.
4. On 28 April, Maooz informed me the vehicle could not ship on 5 May due to the Golden Week holiday. He promised to secure a better 2013 model instead, but could not meet the agreed delivery timeline.
5. On 8 May, he attempted to change the deal by offering a silver vehicle to be shipped RORO to Sint Maarten, violating our agreement. He referred me to Mr. Dennis Lloyd, who confirmed the shipment could not possibly arrive in Anguilla by 27 June and stated that I had been misled.
6. I immediately requested a refund on 8 May, which was ignored. Instead, I received
further pressure to accept a different arrangement, despite clear failure to deliver as
agreed.
7. I have since contacted your Customer Service Department (CSD) multiple times,
receiving inconsistent and evasive responses. I have also reviewed troubling
complaints from other customers about your company's business practices.
This situation has now escalated into a breach of agreement and bad faith business
conduct. The facts are clear:
• You were unable to deliver the agreed vehicle on time.
• You attempted to change the terms post-payment.
• You provided false assurances to induce payment.
I am therefore demanding a full and immediate refund of $4,600 USD within seven (7)
business days of this notice. Failure to comply will result in:
• Filing formal complaints with the Japanese Consumer Affairs Agency, Better
Business Bureau, and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• Notifying the United States Navy Legal Services Office for further legal review.
• Initiating bank fraud investigation procedures through my financial institution.
• Notifying the Anguilla Consumer Affairs Unit.
• Notifying CARICOM Consumer Affairs Division.
I strongly urge you to resolve this matter professionally and expediently. Please confirm
receipt of this letter and provide written assurance of my refund status by 22 May 2025.
Sincerely,
Cecily Ripley, LCDR
United States Navy Officer
