The subject of 乗り移られちゃう is "you/we".

Just for confirmation, エルンスト人 have an ability to enter into other people's minds/bodies?

Right. One of them (ラルヴァ) has that ability.
In case you need context:
そう言えばさ。アルシグノスを消滅させればラルヴァが消えるってのなら、なんで昔の人は封印した後でそうしなかっただろ？

I asked if all エルンスト人 have that ability, but the context shows that only ラルヴァ has it and the rest エルンスト人 don't, right?

You may be right. The story that I interpret so far DID NOT MENTION that all エルンスト人 have that ability.

Then, 乗り移られちゃう is passive of adversity. 誰か refers to someone in 周りのエルンスト人, and the agent (the one who enters into other person) is ラルヴァ.

I don't really get what you mean by ''passive of adversity''. Can you be more detailed?
What is the object of 乗り移られちゃう? If ラルヴァ is the agent, wouldn't it be ラルヴァに乗り移られちゃうじゃない?
