Thank you! I had tried to make sense of it before, I could only understand the a few parts which was (覚悟 determined/resolve) (世継ぎを生む birth of the king's heir)

But I couldn't make out what 出来ております meant. Can you explain it for me?

おります is a humble/polite verb of います, thus, 出来ております is a humble/polite form of 出来ています. 覚悟が出来ている means "to be determined (lit. one's determination is settled)".
