Hope someone could explain this dialect to me, i could only guess this character says " I like/love fish grill for lunch" ? but not sure「昼は藁焼きがええきに」

Yes, your interpretation is correct. The nuance is closer to "I want~", though. Another interpretation "I recommend you ~" is also possible, but it doesn't fit the context, maybe?

Incidentally, that's Tosa dialect, as you might already know.
