Greetings all,

This is from a friend of mine, I guess lightning struck nearby her house:

振動やば！家の近くに雷がピカッー！！！

I don't understand what やば and ピカッー mean.

やぱ is short for やばい, and ピカッー has some relation to ぴかぴか (to on-and-off let off a strong light), probably a more intense version of it.
