I thought of this sentence to type to Japanese streamers I watch on the ol' YouTube for listening practice. I'm wondering if I really need the TE RU at the end? If I have MA DA in the beginning showing that I'm still or yet to do something… I feel like I'm adding in more than I need, haha. Thank you all!

まだ僕が日本語を勉強するてる。
Or
まだ僕が日本語を勉強する。

You need the TE form but the te-form of する is している. And negative is していない.
まだ僕が日本語を勉強している = I'm still studying Japanese
まだ僕が日本語を勉強していない = I'm not yet studying Japanese
You can drop the 僕が because the subject is implied. If you do keep it I think 僕は is better than 僕が here.
