Hi,

1.
「・・・我輩は何も騒ぐ必要はないと思うが、イゴール」
「セブルス、何も起こっていないふりをすることはできない!」

The first sentence is spoken by セブルス. The second sentence is spoken by イゴール. Is there any way to tell who the subject of the second sentence is? (I.e., who could not pretend that nothing was happening.)

2. 机の上にペンが何本ありますか。

I'm sure this is a dumb question. This was translated as "Are there any pens on the desk?". I thought it was "How many pens are on the desk?" Am I right?

3. ずっと正座してたからか、足がしびれちゃって。

What is the purpose of か? Is it expressing uncertainty that this is the reason?

1. I would think the first guy, as he is declaring there is no need for him to 騒ぐ.

2. You're right

3. ....perhaps because..."

1)
That's either I, we or you. All can be possible since the subject of 騒ぐ also can be either I, we or you depending on the context.

2)
Incidentally, that translation is for 机の上にペンが(何本)ありますか。
