必ず is an adverb, not an adjective. 必ず ... ください is a common pattern for "(please) make sure to~" or similar polite suggestion/command.

Depending on context, possibly the item has some limit to number of uses/use time, or stops you using some other items/spells/whatever, so it's a reminder to turn it off when you're done.

e.g. put magic shoes on → 指定 to access 術 associated with shoes → mash A to use 術 → 解除 to stop using 術

Items inside chests can only be obtained by coming into contact with them. If you see the message "Your inventory is already full" you can obtain the item by creating an empty space in your item column. If you want to search go to your intended location and walk around everywhere. [If you find anything] it will automatically be picked up.

I'm unsure about the two red parts. Is inventory a good translation for もちもの in this sense? Also is "If you want to search" an accurate translation of 物を探す時は, or would "when you search" be better?

～だけで shows a sufficient condition, not a necessary condition, thus, 触れるだけで入手できます means "You only have to touch the item to get it/You can get the item just by touching it", not "You can get the item only when you touch it". This is quite the same structure as 装備するだけで効力が現れます.

Yes.

I'm pretty confident about this one, but not 100%: In case you select multiple items the one with the highest rank/grade will be used. (except equipped items).

This seems easy enough: The screen where you save/load. You can save up to 2 data (files).

一番上の段 seems to refer to the position where the item is displayed in the list of the items (the one at the top of the selected items), not rank or grade.

As for セーブ／ロードを行なう画面です。, it's considered that the subject "この画面は/これは" is omitted, so, strictly speaking, it means "This is the screen where you save/load". Of course, you got the meaning correctly, though.

The part that confuses me here is 使用したいレベル, to me it seems like "the level wants to use" which can't be right can it?

各剣のレベルアップには、LV2で゛玉゛、LV３で゛腕輪゛が必要です。

各剣 is read as かくけん right? Here's my translation: "When your sword reaches level 2 a gem is needed, and when it reaches level 3 a bracelet is needed." Is that right?

Thing without a will of their own can't ~たい something, so it is naturally "the level you want to use". Similarly:
食べたい物 = the thing (somebody) wants to eat.
食べたい人 = the person who wants to eat something (unless you have some bizarre, cannibalistic context going on).

かくけん seems right to me.

には here means "for the purpose of", and 各~ indicates that there are multiples of a thing to which the statement applies equally, so:
To level up (a/each) sword, you need a gem for Level 2, and a bracelet for Level 3. (i.e. you can level up multiple swords, given enough shiny).

Remember this sentence? 各１・２・３まであり、玉・腕輪の装備で増えていきます。 This would appear to be just a more detailed version of it.

The grammar seems simple in this sentence but I'd like some confirmation that I understand it: While moving, your Force will not increase but after it has you can move (again).Also, as a general rule, your Force can not be discharged.

My translation: There are four swords. Each one hides the power of wind/fire/water/electricity (within it). Those attacks are unique (to each sword).

That was tricky, I'm not sure if "unique" is a good translation for 個性的 but it's all I could come up with that seemed to fit.

This seems to be the name of an attack, the 波 on the end seems to be there on the end of all the attacks. It's the third and fourth kanji that confuse me, I recognize 貫通 and the final kanji only, and those other two don't make any sense to me.

I've looked up example sentences of 有無 but none help me to understand what this means, does it mean something like there is only a chance the attack will be effective?

Depending on the monster (によって), the attack may or may not be effective (効果が有る・無い).

Probably a typical elemental attack system where ice monsters should be attacked with fire, and fire monsters with ice, and attacking a fire monster with fire is obviously a bad idea.
