The word "monster" with どの before it and にも after it, I don't know what to make of that. Does it mean "any monster"?

人面 "human face(s)" + 壁 "wall" = a wall that has human face(s) on it

Yes, どの～も means "any/all", and に indicates the target of 有効.

This ない is confusing me, everything else is understandable.

I can't even guess what 使い上手は旅上手 means.

(If that's an explanation about various types of shops, that sentence means "Depending on the towns or villages, some types of shops doesn't exist.")

The second 中 is little bit confusing to me, does it refer to 迷宮の中?

The next sentence comes directly after the previous one.

どちらも４種類まで持てます。

Does this mean "you can hold up to all four types."？

Is that last part saying that you can't cure the curse with just this item alone?
 
The reverse - しか + negative = "none except this" = "only this"
でしか〜ない = only with this

That red part That 言われる verb is really confusing me here.
 
Passive, similar to "said to be" (without specifying by who).
「賢者達が、自らの祈りを込めて作った」と言われる

So it's saying "This ring is said to have been personally created and blessed by the sages." Is that accurate?

Notice that that's 自らの, not just 自ら.
込めて and 作った are not passive. Your translation is for 賢者達によって作られ祈りを込められた. (The meaning is the same, though.)

I've been mulling it over but I don't think I can make a perfect translation, could you translate it please?
