I have the same problem...and I can't fix it here at work...now installing on my PC...Try going to http://web.shodouka.com/ and entering in the location of the website you wish to view...sweet site.

You have to change your browser's encoding to one of the following settings:

Japanese (Shift-JIS)
Japanese (Auto-Select)
Japanese (EUC)
