Hey there! My name is 紫家教 (Murasaki Kakyou) AKA Lexi, but you can also call me ムラ or レイ!
I'm from Detroit, Michigan!

I wonder if you could guess what my favorite color is? ;>

I've been tutoring for almost 2 years now, and while i'll be more than happy to help anyone out with Japanese, i'm here mostly to speak Japanese myself, and learn more that I may not quite know, not to mention make some friends!! :>

I have Aspergers Syndrome and a few other mental/physical disabilities, but i'm proud of it! I welcome anyone and everyone into my class, no matter what, and I cater to everyone's individual needs! My school life wasn't good, lots of bullying from students and teachers alike! So I want to be the teacher to others like me, that I didn't have when I was younger! I hope we can get along well!

Welcome ! Glad you found us. Many of our members and staff live outside of Japan , and some (like me) don't speak Japanese. We have some expert Japanese speakers on staff and several members also. There is a ton of info here in threads and posts to help beginners and advanced Japanese speakers , so you should find where you fit in. Sometimes it may take a few hours to a few days to get answers to questions because of the time difference and the fact some members only have time to get on during the weekend. Hope you make some new friends and enjoy looking around our site. Lots of pictures and informative articles here also to enjoy.
