It seems to me that て-form できて is modifying the "healthy habits" clause rather than joining separate clauses together, but in this case I would have expected the dictionary form できる. Is this a casual, idiomatic construction, (and therefore useful to remember)?
I also have a question about the 教えます. Is this also an idiomatic expression that can be understood much more loosely than the literal "I will teach/I teach"?
