Hi,

「ポッターに怪我をさせるわけにはいかない」

(The speaker is saying that he mustn't harm Potter.)

I am puzzled why it is 怪我をさせる and not simply 怪我をする. Doesn't 怪我をする mean do (someone) harm?

Incidentally, other expressions such like 傷つけさせる are used for "A makes B hurt C" instead of 怪我する/怪我させる.
