I must type in both English and Japanese as I can read it and understand it much better than I can form sentences myself. Is this OK? I think the title says "Japanese study. Japanese only corner.Japanese questions and conversation practice."
今私は日本語が少しわかります。
よんでできます、でもかきませんありませんでした。
Can you please respond or ask me a question in Japanese?

Sorry, looking back I see why I messed up. I made it past tense. I was trying to say "I can read japanese much better than I can write it or construct sentences."I mean't to make it present tense.I am taking japanese small steps at a time, learning a little bit each day, slowly moving forward. It is difficult studying too advanced japanese for me. But basic japanese is becoming easier.

「かきませんありませんでした」という形は存在しません。否定形の過去形は「かきませんでした」になります。また、「よみます」の可能形は「よんでできます」ではなく「よめます」です。
There doesn't exist forms like かきませんありませんでした. The past negative is かきませんでした. Also, the potential of よみます is not よんでできます but よめます.;-)

In this case, does nanji ni mean "At what time" roughly?

And if I wanted to say something simple like "(I) went to the store."
I know how to say it except the particles 「へ」、and 「に」 seem similiar. Both indicate direction right? Do you have any tips on remembering the two's differences? In these sentences I left out the subject "I' as I'm assuming its implied. (if I already brought it up in a conversation)

The order of the words 明日は朝何時に来[き]ますか/明日朝何時に来ますか sounds more natural.

Both 店に行[い]きました and 店へ行きました are correct. When indicating destination, i.e, when used with verbs like 行く, 来る, 向かう, 帰る, 送る, へ and に are interchangeable in most cases.


BTW, I think this thread is more appropriate for "Learning Japanese" section, if you don't post only/mostly in Japanese.

I don't know the proper verb for to "to ask". To say "Could you ask me a question in japanese?"

Would you use 'no' in this instance as 'japanese question'? Is it possible to string together japanese and question to make it one word? Like 日本語の勉強 or can you not do this with nouns and only verbs? Also if you were to ask a request to make it polite, wouldn't you make the verb a ~te form and add kudasai?

There's no テ in my name, and the particle は is not needed for ありがとう.;-)

疑い means "question" in the sense of doubt or suspicion. The translation should be 質問 in that context.

正しい is an i-adjective, so the past form is 正しかったです and the past negative is 正しくありませんでした or 正しくなかったです.

You can use 日本語の質問 but this word can also mean a question regarding Japanese. ～てください is not wrong but ～てくださいませんか/～ていただけませんか is more polite, just like "please do" vs "Could you do". So it's better to use 日本語で質問してくださいませんか/質問していただけませんか.

That usage of じつは sounds strange to me. Omit it.

日本語はとてもむずかしいと思います would be better.

And が in ならっているが also sounds strange to me. Say けど instead.

would be better.

The same here. I have learned English for forty years and still make a lot of
mistakes in English. I think it's always hard to master a foreign language.

As a native Japanese speaker hirashin-san wrote, that sentence is perfect. There's no error. ぜんぜん上手じゃありません can work as a humble expression even if his Japanese is relatively good, the two は are no problem, and に and へ are interchangeable in this case.
