げ as a suffix means something like "having the appearance of" (looks/seems). It doesn't only go on i-adjectives. (大人げない might be used towards someone who is an adult, but is doing something childish).
e.g. if someone's facial expression looks 悔しい you might describe it as
悔しげな表情
