Hello !
I need your help.
Old people talking during a wake of an old man dead :
「数えで九十」「あやからにゃ」
Could you tell me what that あやからにゃ means please ?
It's from a novel by Oyamada Hiroko.
Thank you

It's a dialect of あやからなきゃ/あやからなければ.

To be more precise, にゃ is the contraction of ねば, which is a classical form of なければ.
