Koshi no Yukitsubaki Koshidanrei Junmai Ginjō (越乃雪椿 越淡麗 純米吟醸) is made of Koshidanrei rice milled to 60%. Koshitanrei is the culmination of 15 years of research and development to create rice suitable for cultivation in Niigata, with quality exceeding that of Yamadanishiki. It combines the excellent brewing characteristics of both the paternal rice 'Gohyakumangoku' and the maternal rice 'Yamadanishiki', both representative of Niigata Prefecture. It reflects a high whiteness and low protein content, resulting in a light yet full-flavoured sake. It is a masterpiece that maximises the rice's natural flavour. It has an elegant, refreshing aroma and a rich flavour that spreads down the throat with a crisp finish. You will enjoy the perfect harmony between the refreshing lightness that draws out the rice's full flavour and the soft, rich taste.
