The nose is dominated by lactic aromas reminiscent of yoghurt and fresh cream. On the palate, it is creamy yet refreshing, with delicate fruity sweetness. Light-bodied and dry, it has a refined, clean character. Crisp and elegant, it finishes short and clean.
