Need help to translate shop signs to English please

I believe this snapshot was taken near Yokosuka harbor in late 1945. Can anyone tell me what the shop signs indicate in English please?

Right side is ベーカー (baker). Not sure about the left. Hopefully somebody can figure it out. Here's an enhanced version of the photo.

Amazing that that base has been active for 75 years. In 1970 , all US Navy personal going to be stationed anywhere in Japan were sent to Yokosuka for "special orientation" for 10 days. Turns out the special info was "behave yourselves!" in a 1 hour lecture , LOL. I had 9 days to tour the area before being sent to Fukuoka which was nice.

The second kanji from the right in the left shop sign would be 村 "mura". The right end one looks like 宇 "u" or 字 "ji", but both don't make much sense. It could be 中 "naka". If so, the two kanji refers to a surname or location name "Nakamura".

The second one from the left might be 建 "ken", and the left end one could be 設 "setsu". My wild guess is that it's a sign of a construction company or something.
