Translation of Name or Construction

Can anyone tell me what the writing is on this Katana?
In context it is supposed to be a Navy Non Commissioned Officers Saber.
With Maybe the name or house of construction.

What inscribed on the sword in the second picture is 毎年鎌倉天照山鍛鋏所.
1. 毎年 "Every year" at the top doesn't make sense at all.
2. There indeed was a forging workshop 鎌倉天照山鍛錬所 Kamakura Tenshōzan Tanrenjo. The correct 8th kanji should be 錬 but the one used there is 鋏, which doesn't make sense, either.
3. The mei should be inscribed on nakago.

4. What inscribed on the habaki in the first picture is 天皇 Tennō, i.e., the emperor. It's impossible.

In conclusion, that's a fake mostly made in China.

The first two are probably supposed to be 海軍 (Navy), but unfortunately this doesn't change the fact that the sword is a fake.

Ah, yes, the radical sanzui is faded away in the first kanji, and the second one is the simplified hanzi 军, which is mostly used in Mainland China, and not used in Japan. This fact reinforces my suspicion that the sword was made in China.
