Trouble reading a couple kanji

I came across some handwritten kanji in this manga, but I'm having trouble figuring out what those kanji are. I'm able to make out about half of the small sentence. One word seems to be followed by "san," and they're talking about making jewelry, so I'm assuming it has to do with some sort of job position. I tried checking a kanji radical dictionary, but I can't seem to find exactly what those kanji are.

What I have is: "___san ___ ha muri dakedo"
