Translating and index card from WW2

Hi All,
I recently received excellent help in translating a index card from WW2. I have another such card, where I am hoping to find out what happened to the man in question.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Died 26th July Showa 19（not sure what is meant by JA１１２ P.３２) - above written what I assume is the time of death (12:30)
underneath, same date plus cause of death: 慢性大腸炎兼脚気ニテ死亡ス - chronic colitis and beri-beri
Onset of illness - 19th July Showa 19

Place of death, Burma, Rangoon (the remaining kanji are 馬来 第四分所 and are a reference to the camp - something like "Malaya No 4.").
Buried, Rangoon Cantonment Cemetery.

Thank you once again nekojita. This helps clear up a long misunderstanding over the cause of death. Official documents did state beri beri, while testimony of comrades mentioned dysentery. It now seems it was a combination of both.
