Pocket watch with Japanese inscriptions

Hi all,
I´m new here at jref, I come from Germany but have a dual nationality German/English. I speak and write both languages but I don´t speak or write Japanese at all. I admire the Japanese culture and of course I collect things from Japan. I found this beautiful Pocket watch and would be very much obliged if someone could tell me what it says on the back!
