Hey Majestic, wonder if you can help translate the line of calligraphy and seal for this courtesan scroll painting. Any idea who the artist might be? Sorry the images are poor (not mine). Thx!

Looks like 宮川一英 Miyagawa Kazuhide
or 宮川一英宗, which I'm not quite sure how to read. Miyagawa (??) Hidemune.

The seal looks like 静陽 (Seiyō), which is probably the art name of the artist above.
Alas, nothing pops up when I search for any of these names.
