Hi all, wondering if someone can translate this line of calligraphy on the back of a scroll painting. Thanks for the help.

Last three are 山水図 (mountain scene).
The preceding four would be the artist's name, but I can't make it out. 㴬崎臣学? Can find no artist with that name, so its quite likely I have the name wrong.

Is there a signature or stamp on the picture? Might be able to help identify the artist.
