Translation of Mt. Narita talisman pls

Google responds to this as "Naritasan," but when I put that English back in I get kanji that don't match the three on the talisman.
I'd appreciate a more accurate translation for my collection records.

Naritasan is not so much a translation as it's a transliteration of the kanji written there. It literally says, "Naritasan", which translates to Mt. Narita.

Is this where you got it?

DAIHONZAN NARITASAN (大本山成田山新勝寺) – 大本山成田山新勝寺

Thank you so much! I bought it at auction for my WWII collection; however when I do get to Japan (soon), I'll definitely go to the temple.
Would you know if the temple was damaged or destroyed during the war?

The temple is still going strong - if was damaged during the war, it certainly wasn't destroyed.
It's about a 20 minute walk from Narita station, which is less than 10 minutes by train from Narita airport.
