Help Russo-Japanese and Sino-Japanese war paybooks

I am translating several paybooks from the russo-japanese war, and there are some parts that I can't understand.

They could be something like that, but not sure: 東茶地 た手岺 南瓦房戻

And the last one is the final record of a soldier who died in the russo-japanese war, and his name (this is the first time that I cannot understand a name):




It could be something like that:

Same day 地警政 local police
July 26 arrived 清国告京 and battle near to 除山 ??

Hi all.

I didn't understand this part of the paybook very well because I didn't know this part of History. it turns out that after the first sino-japanese war, japanese units were deployed in Taiwan as a consequence of the surrender agreements with the qing empire.
Despite this, residents on the island resisted the occupation.



I have identified places and battles such as these:

I think his name was 山添惣八 and he changed his surname after he got married to 倉田惣八.
This name has been dificult to understand.
