Help translation old paybook russo-japanese war

Hi everybody.

I have bought this paybook and I have been translating it, but I am a little bit stuck with 3 rows and one location.
This soldier 遠山禅益 fought in the russo-japanese war, and participated in search and rescue work. 騎 cavalry.

At the begining, it seems to be written something like that 奉天附近()戰闘ニ参與 Battle near Mukden. Then it gets more complicated for me. Later, it also refers to more places and ends by referring to participation in another battle.

Can someone help me a bit with this.

It's 奉天附近㑹戰ニ参與.

The location names I can read are 四方台, 秋家屯 and 郭七屯.

The one in the red square on the right side is 沙河㑹(戰ニ参與).

The other ones are locations near Mukden.
