Japanese Kagaware Vase

The museum has a Kagaware pottery Vase c1850 (Edo period ). The theme is a continuous painted scene of a Tea House (Kutani, a village of Kaga Province). The height is 243mm. If anyone can help us decipher the signature on the base, provide us with any information or guide us to a museum that would be appreciated.

The vase is made in Yokohama, in the Kutani style, by the craftsman Takayama (I believe his given name is Kazuji). The marking on the bottom says, Takayama made this (高山画).

I think the description somehow got garbled. It may be a teahouse (I can't really tell), but Kutani (a location in Kaga) isn't necessarily connected with the depiction on the vase. The style of elaborate decoration is from Kutani, and it became so popular with overseas visitors, that many kilns around Japan started producing items like this.
Takayama was an artist (maybe the lead artist) in the Yokohama production center that made this vase. If you search online you can find other references and works by him.
