6.jpg 御守護 "protection" (commonly written on protective charms and amulets).
4.png 身代御守 "Migawari Amulet" This term indicates a charm that averts misfortune. (I believe the principle is that the amulet absorbs the misfortune to keep it from you, 'Migawari' has a literal meaning of something like a sacrificial substitute).
南面山 Nanmenzan : the head temple of the sect.
星島寺 Hoshijimaji (?): the issuing temple
(I don't have a link for the temple in question. Nanmenzan Senkoin Yashimaji – Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage is a different temple also under Nanmenzan, but the very fact that they have a prominent webpage suggests they are much more prestigious and historically significant than the issuing temple of your charm).

Oh, yeah. That makes more sense looking at it again. Even after looking at the web page for them I still didn't notice that the picture in question could be that with the left edge of 屋 hidden by the fold.
(Can't edit that post now, but yes, apparently the linked temple is the issuing temple, I just can't read.)
