Translation of WWII IJA cap

In America, these sailor hats are called "Donald Duck" hats because of their similarity to the one worn by cartoon character.
What are they called in Japanese -- both kanji and translation, please?

It literally says Japanese Imperial Navy. Looks more like a souvenir than something they would have actually worn.

I think it will take a site in Japanese to tell the Japanese name(and Kanji) for it. I spent 20 minutes on Google and nowhere did it give the Japanese hat name. Even sites with tons of uniform info did not give it.

I was wrong. I guess they are authentic. Here's one from 1944 on auction now currently at Y20,000.
They just call it a sailor's cap (水兵帽).
日本海軍 昭19「水兵帽 大日本帝國海軍」準未使用/第二衣糧廠
径年ものとしての生地を含めた状態は良好です サイズ56㎝前後。 ペンネントは外して有ります（装着可）

There are so many times I wish I could read Japanese , LOL. Even after 2 years in Japan , I never took the time to learn Kanji. I guess because of the military base , almost every sign in Fukuoka had English under the Japanese writing. I also learned my speaking ability which I was so proud of was considered horrible slang in Tokyo. A Japanese person in Tokyo asked me if I learned my Japanese from a retarded fisherman , LOL. After arriving back in Maine for a year , I took a Japanese class at night school. I learned fast that even though my vocabulary was large , my quality of speaking was not. After the second class , the teacher explained to me I had a lot to learn and please don't teach any of the other students anything , LOL. Later , when I thought about it , most of the Japanese friends I worked with at the bar were high school dropouts and I should have stuck to books.
